Ingredients :
apples, cinnamon, lemon peel

Procedure :
From 12 months
1. Wash and peel the apples.
2. For 1kg of apples cook the apples with 250 g of sugar, the zest of 1/2 lemon and a pinch of cinnamon.
3. Reduce the mixture to a purée and pour when as hot as possible into the Le Parfait Super terrines up to 2 cm away from the rim.
4. Immediately carry out the heat treatment for 35 minutes at 100°C in a pressure cooker (if you are using a larger container, an LPS 1/2L jar for example, increase the period to 45 minutes)
