- Cut the washed and peeled carrots into thin slices.
- Cook the carrots over a low heat for 10 minutes in salted water with butter, salt and sugar.
- Pour the mixture into the Le Parfait Super jars up to 2 cm from the rim.
- Close and immediately heat process your canned Vichy carrots for 1 hour 15 minutes at 100°C.
