Ingredients

Number of persons: 4 servings
  • 1 kg ripe tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Wash, de-seed and peel the tomatoes. Cut into chunks.
  2. Brown the chopped onions in a drop of olive oil in a frying pan, add the crushed garlic, tomatoes, herbs, spices, sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer gently for about 30 minutes.
  3. Blend.
  4. Begin filling your Le Parfait Super Jars with the tomato sauce, leaving a gap of 2 cm from the brim. Seal tightly and proceed immediately to the heat treatment for 45 minutes at 100°C.

Bonjour, j’ai suivi la recette mais en ouvrant un bocal hier, je me suis aperçue que le coulis était acide, je l’ai jeté. Avez-vous une explication à cela?
