Recipe Sautéed Shrimps

Having canned shrimp aside means giving yourself the opportunity to enjoy them whenever you want. Served sautéed with garlic, curry, soy, Pineau des Charentes... as a starter or main course, the combinations are endless. Let your imagination run wild.

Ingredients

Number of persons: 4
  • 1 kg of shrimp
  • Salt pepper

Preparation

  1. Boil the shrimps in lightly salted water until cooked. Carefully remove and discard the shells.
  2. Put the shrimps into the Terrine or Familia Wiss jars, then cover with lightly salted water up to 2 cm from the brim.
  3. Seal tightly and proceed immediately to the heat treatment, 75 min at 100°C.
  4. Before serving, drain the shrimps and sauté them with olive oil and garlic.
