Ingredients

Number of persons: 6 servings
  • 1 kg of roasted veal
  • 3 tbsp. of honey
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • Butter
  • Rosemary
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter in a stew pot, add the olive oil and brown the roast on both sides.
  2. Once browned, insert the garlic into the roast, sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary.
  3. Take off the heat and coat the roast with the honey-mustard mixture.
  4. Put the roast into a Le Parfait Super or Le Parfait Familia Wiss terrine, filling it up to 2 cm from the top (without adding any liquid). Proceed immediately to the heat treatment for 3 hours at 100°C.
