Ingredients

Number of persons: Several
  • 200 g pumpkin
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 medium-sized potato

Recommended products

We recommend: Terrines Le Parfait Familia Wiss > Terrine - 200 g (Diameter : 82)

Preparation

From 12 months

  • Clean the vegetables.
  • Make a purée after cooking the vegetables in the microwave for 15 minutes at 750 Watts. Use a blender or potato masher to obtain a smooth purée. Add a tablespoon of lightly salted water if the purée seems too compact.
  • Fill your Le Parfait Familia Wiss jars or terrines to within 2 cm of the rim, close and heat immediately for 45 minutes at 100°C in a pressure cooker.

N.B: When ready to eat, reheat your preparation and add a knob of butter and a teaspoon of caster sugar. Check the temperature before feeding.

Store the jars in your cupboards. These good vegetable purées will be even sweeter for children to try with a touch of milk or a knob of butter.

Don't forget to prepare labels for the jars so you can identify baby's meals and date the recipe.
