- Wondering how to peel peppers? To peel them easily, slide the peppers under the grill until the skin "blisters". Peel them, open them and remove the seeds and white walls. Cut into strips and leave to dry on kitchen paper.
- Peel the onions. Poach for 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and dry.
- Peel and mince the garlic.
- Fill the jars with this pepper recipe, alternating layers of ingredients.
- Cover generously with olive oil, close, leave to marinate in the fridge for 15 days and eat this delicious cold starter within a month.
N.B.: this preparation can be kept for a month, always covered with oil and refrigerated.
