Ingredients

Number of persons: Terrines Le Parfait Super 125
  • 6 Guyot pears
  • 6 Reinette apples
  • 25 g brown sugar

Preparation

  • Peel and dice the apples and pears.
  • Place all the cubes in a bowl and sprinkle with brown sugar. Cover with cling film.
  • Place the bowl in the microwave and cook at 900W for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • When cooked, blend the mixture in a blender and fill the Le Parfait super 125 terrines. Close and heat immediately for 45 minutes at 100°C.
