  • 2 cooked beets. If you cook them yourself, cook 30 minutes in pressure cooker.
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 turnip
  • 50 cl of vegetable broth
  • 50 cl of coconut milk
  • Olive oil
  • Salt pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut the diced beets. Peel the potatoes, turnip and onion and cut into pieces.
  2. In a frying pan with a bottom of olive oil, brown the onion and add the potato and turnip.
  3. Moisten with chicken broth and coconut milk, season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes
  4. Beat with hand mixer.
  5. Fill your jars up to 2 cm from the rim, close and immediately proceed to heat treatment, 45 minutes at 100 ° C.

    When consuming, heat and add a little cream and some cubes of feta.
