Ingredients : 6 Guyot pears, 6 Russet apples, 25 g of brown sugar |

Procedure : 1. Peel and cut the apples and pears into small cubes. 2. Place all the cubes in a bowl then sprinkle with brown sugar. Cover with cling film. 3. Place the bowl in the microwave and cook at 900W for approximately 3.5 minutes. 4. When cooking is complete, place in a food processor and fill the “Le Parfait super 125” jars. Close and immediately carry out the heat treatment for 30 minutes in the pressure cooker. Keep in a cool place. Enjoy!
