Ingredients :

200 g of pumpkin, 1 medium carrot, 1 medium potato
 

Procedure :

From 12 months

1. Wash the vegetables.

2. Make a purée after microwaving the vegetables for 15 minutes at 750 Watts. Use a food processor or a potato masher to obtain a very smooth purée. Add a lightly salted tablespoon of water if you feel the mixture is too stiff.

3. Fill the Le Parfait Super 125 terrines up to 2 cm from the rim, close and immediately carry out the heat treatment for 45 minutes at 100°C in a pressure cooker

N.B.: Before eating, heat up your preparation, add a knob of butter and a teaspoon of caster sugar.
Check the temperature before giving to your child.
