Ingredients : 500 g of green or black grapes, 3 tablespoons of water, 1 teaspoon of powdered vanilla, 100 g of caster sugar |

Procedure : From 12 months 2. Place the grapes and the sugar in a preserving pan with the vanilla and the 3 tablespoons of water, mix and cook gently for around ten minutes stirring regularly. 3. Fill the Le Parfait Super 125 terrines up to 2 cm away from the rim, close and immediately carry out the heat treatment for 35 minutes at 100°C in a pressure cooker |
