Compote of apples and figs with lavender honey

Ingredients : 4 Golden Delicious apples, 4 Figs, 20 g of lavender honey |

Procedure : Peel the apples using a peeler. Remove the core then cut up into large cubes. Place in a container suitable for the microwave oven, add lavender honey and cook for approximately 7 minutes at 900W power.
Once the apples are cooked, squash them with a fork to obtain a rough purée. Wash and peel the figs, which can be purple or green. Cut them up into small cubes, and then add them to the stewed apples while they are still hot.
