HOT AND TASTY  what to eat and mostly preseve in 2018!

What’s good with digital age (beside the fact that we get to e-meet you guys) is that we can see all the big food trends coming! From top chefs around the world, to little preservers, each day brings new delicious foods on the spotlight so we’ve round up our top 3 for the year to come!


First one: gut-friendly food

Preserving and fermenting have never been so hot. And we’re really happy to see that this is just the beginning of a new era. We’re more and more curious about the virtues of such methods and their benefits. So in 2018, probiotics like Kimchi, kefir, sauerkraut etc. and prebiotics such as onions, garlic and other alliums will be your go to food to feel good while eating good :)

Second: Middle East feasts!

2018 is finally, (finally!) the year of Middle Eastern cuisine! Forget about falafels and other pitas, all the rage this year will be about traditional cuisine from Lebanon, Iran, Israel, and Morocco etc. Time to say hello to za'atar, harissa, ras el hanout, lamb and other extremely generous and tasty plates!

Third: Veggies are the new meat

In 2018, we dive in the veggie trend! Forget about eating meat everyday, your go to sources of proteins will come from vegetables. And my dear friends let us tell you; this cuisine is far from boring. Extremely creative, it brings mushrooms, chickpeas, lentils, eggplants etc. to a whole new level!
