Ingredients :

Carrots, lentils, shallot

 

Procedure :

From 18 months
 
1. Carefully wash the vegetables.
 
2. Reduce the potatoes, carrots, lentils and the shallot to a purée after microwaving them for around fifteen minutes at 750 Watts.
Use a food processor then sieve.
 
3. Add a teaspoon of veal stock and salt and pepper to taste.
 
4. Fill the Le Parfait Super 125 terrines up to 2 cm from the rim, close and immediately carry out the heat treatment for 45 minutes at 100°C in a pressure cooker
N.B.: Before eating, heat up the preparation, add a portion of Dairylea or ½ a natural yogurt and/or grated cheese
Check the temperature before giving to your child.
