Procedure :
Making the baby food:
Rinse the courgettes in a container of cold water containing a dash of distilled vinegar. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
Add a pinch of salt to a pan of boiling water, and plunge the courgettes into this for approximately 5 min. When cooking is completed, set aside the cooking water and cool the courgettes in a sieve, rinsing them in cold water.
Blend the courgettes into a purée and sieve. Keep cool.
Place the olive oil in a pan, then brown the free range chicken breasts. Add the lemon thyme and cover with cooking water. Cook the chicken breasts throughly then liquidise and sieve. Finally mix together the two purées.
Place alternate layers of courgettes and free range chicken breasts in a Le Parfait Super 125 terrine.
Close the Le Parfait Super 125 terrine again. Close and immediately carry out the heat treatment for 30 minutes in the pressure cooker.
When baby is ready to eat the baby food, open the jar and heat it up in the microwave or in a bain marie.
Enjoy!
