Compote of Apples and Bananas

Ingredients :
4 apples, 2 bananas, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 100 g of caster sugar

Procedure :
From 12 months
1. Wash and peel the apples, peel the bananas.
2. Cut the fruit into pieces and cook with the caster sugar, vanilla sugar and 3 tablespoons of water.
3. During cooking mix and reduce to a purée.
4. When the stewed fruit is cooked, fill the Le Parfait Super 125 terrines and immediately carry out the heat treatment for 40 minutes at 100°C in a pressure cooker
