  • 800-900 g roast (poultry or pork)
  • 1 package of jelly powder
  • Herbs (thyme, bay leaf, rosemary, sage, etc.)
  • Pepper

Preparation

  • In a non-stick pan, brown the roast on all sides.
  • At the same time, make up the jelly and put it aside.
  • Once the roast is browned, put it in a jar, add the selected herbs and the pepper, and cover with jelly. Do not add salt.
  • Seal the jar and proceed immediately to the heat treatment for 2½ hours at 100°C
  • You can serve this recipe cold with a salad and/or fries, or reheat it with green beans.
