  • 500 g courgettes
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

  • Wash broccoli and cut into small florets. Peel and slice carrots. Wash zucchini and cut into small sections. Peel and chop shallots.
